This is a long post so bear with me....



Started from cold, and drove about 4 miles into town. Varying road conditions (uphill down hill, and a couple of quick straights) and also having to stop at two sets of traffic lights..



Now engine temperature rose to operating (90 degrees C) pretty much as normal, but the interior heater remained cold,



Now i'm familiar with car cooling systems, and usually the sign of a failing heater  ...</description>

Single headlamp grill





The grill is a single headlamp one for a mk2 golf, I had to hack it to bits to get it to fit! Its still not sitting 100% straight but i'm going to adjust it when I can be bothered.

i stopped quickly at the end of my drive the other day (on gravel) and it locked, no pulsating through the brake pedal, no sound of any abs pumps buzzing or anything kicking in for that matter...



there's NO warning lights on at all, the abs light comes on with the ignition and goes off after a second or so, so it obviously thinks the system is ok



is it speed sensitive or summat? i.e only kicks in above speeds of like 30mph (my mate's dad  ...</description>

			<description>as some of you know it went into mot and failed miserably, but that mot was more to see what needs doing etc



the main things on the list was emissions, rear bushes, adjust the headlights and new rear exhaust hanger (there was more but they no biggy)



the reson the emissions are out is i believe the choke isnt switching off due to the loom/ecu, so il be geting that sorted asap



the rear bushes, oh what fun i had there, as i did not have the right tools to do the job, heres my head  ...</description>
